Frequently Asked Questions
How much notice do I need to give before placing an order with Honey To The Brie?
We recommend that you make your enquiry as soon as possible, our weekend dates book up pretty fast. If you have that special date in mind, contact us straight away. We hate to turn our grazers away!
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, we kindly ask that full payment is made upon confirmation of your order for our Grazing Boxes & Grazing Boards. In relation to our Grazing Tables, a non refundable deposit of 50% (total invoice) must be paid upon booking, with the remaining balance due 7 days before the event.
Do you have a menu at all?
Our Grazing Boards & Tables include the finest local produce here in Wales and beyond. We include artisan cheese, cured meats, pates, marinated olives, sun-dried tomatoes, stuffed peppers, freshly baked breads, crackers and locally made chutneys.
Do you cater for Gluten Free/ Vegan/ other intolerances?
Yes we can cater for all of the above. Please mention your request at the enquiry stage.
What if I need to cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. We can offer a change of date if we are informed within 7 days of your event.
Do you travel & how much is delivery?
We offer FREE delivery to Penarth & its surrounding areas when ordering one of our Grazing Boards or Tables. If outside of these areas, delivery will be charged at 45p per mile. As much as we would love to cater for everyone, delivering a small grazer to someone more than 2 hours away just wouldn't make sense.
How long will the produce keep fresh?
We keep the produce cool during transportation and we recommend that the produce is not left out longer than 4 hours from the time we finish the set up. if after 4 hours you still have perishable produce on the table, we recommend that these are removed and disposed of.
